Michelin in Paris ～ I booked lunch a month earlier ～ I chose shellfish and oysters for the first plate, the main dish is duck breast duck legs, and the dessert is rose lychee ice cream! I just want to say that every dish is full of surprises ～ tastes worthy of this price!

The food was very good, especially the fois gras terrine.   The portions are big.  We could have shared the terrine between the 2 of us.  The magret canard and l&#39;agneau were very tasty with a good portion.  It is a popular restaurant with a good vibe.

When you come to France, everyone jumped at the French dinner, but finally lost to their Chinese taste buds and stomach. This time I chose Michelin recommendation au bourguignon du marais to entertain friends from Beijing. The headway has 🐌 main course and 🍷 roast 🐂, with good wine, which not only satisfy the French feelings of the Chinese, but also save the face of the French feast. Marais perfectly interprets the French Bobo petty bourgeoisie!

This place is a perfect Parisian hidden gem. Off the beaten path. Style, Character and Ambiance. We started with the Burrata &amp; asparagus with pesto sauce which was light and fresh&hellip; just yummy, our steaks were prepared exactly how we ordered them M &amp; MW and the mashed potatoes so creamy and tasty. Now the Cheese cake with berry sauce has to be the lightest most delicious we&rsquo;ve ever had but to top that the chocolate mouse was served with its own canister of whipped cream- yes decadence for sure! Prices appropriate. Service super. PS we made a reservation

We loved every aspect of our dinner. The service was very friendly and quick and the food was perfectly cooked. We had the foie gras and onion soup as starters. The foie gras was slightly flavoured with chilli, very unique and it worked very well. The soup was not too heavy and had a generous portion of cheese on top. For the main we both had the entrec&ocirc;te. It was delicious! A large piece of meat, great peppercorn sauce, and very crispy thin fries.For dessert was had the affogato and a cr&ecirc;pe. The chocolate ice cream was so smooth and rich, one of the best I&#39;ve tasted in a long time.I strongly recommend this restaurant. A true gem, not just a tourist trap, and worth every penny!
